Bharath grew up surrounded by the world of construction. In his early years, he often accompanied his father — a dedicated and knowledgeable professional in the building industry — to various worksites. The photograph from his childhood captures a defining moment: a young Bharath standing beside his father as construction work progressed around them. While his father reviewed site plans and guided the team, Bharath observed every detail with curiosity and seriousness far beyond his age. Even then, he was naturally drawn to the precision, discipline, and creativity that shaped every building.
